    You could say it CAN be, given enough developers with an interest getting it to run that fast, and removing anything you don’t need of course.

    Reset -> XLoader/UBoot handover – 0.234s
    XLoader/UBoot handover -> UBoot/Kernel handover – 0.053s
    UBoot/Kernel handover -> Init Process – 0.177s
    Init Process -> Video On Display – 0.406s
